DescriptionA reusable knife with a long, curved blade, referred to as a bistoury. Bistoury knives are defined by their curved blades and are used for cutting tissue, specifically stems. The curve allows easy access to the base of the stem. The end of this bistoury is blunt so that the knife may be used in wounds without puncturing a vital organ.
