DescriptionA specialized tool with an instrument on both ends. One end has a scalpel, used for dissecting and making incisions in soft tissue. On the other end is a bone file, used for carving off small amounts of bone. The file edge is rounded to avoid damage to surrounding tissue. This is an uncommon tool, as there are few similar tools found elsewhere.
