DescriptionDe-luxe Ear, Nose, & Throat Machine, & Treatment Machine, made by the Sorenson Co., NY. The wooden cuboid base contains drawers and a switch board of controls on top. A series of test tubes and metal arms are connected.The Sorenson was considered to be the Rolls Royce of examination equipment for ear, nose and throat conditions. Its motor provided compressed air and suction, lighting and power to the instruments. Dr. Sadock purchased the machine from another New Mexico physician when he opened his Albuquerque office in 1954.
