    DescriptionBlack silk blouse with bands down front, back and cuffs of net embroidered with multi-colored thread, beads and sequins; the high collar is of black net embroidery with black thread and is secured to the blouse with black sequins; the extensions of the cuffs is made to match the standing collar. The blouse fastens down the back with hooks and eyes, and snaps; the high collar has wire stiffening to hold it up.
